Sizing:



Policy:


1. Once payment was made, we do not accept exchange for change of mind, due to the item was custom made both in terms of colors and sizes.


2. Please allow approximately 7 working days for us to manufacture the UggBoots (due to vast variation of style, colour and size). Like they said, good thing takes time :)


3. The company will replace any item that was sent faulty to the client if they have not been used or worn. We will not accept any worn or used items.


4. Box will not be provided due to shipping cost constraint.


5.  Ozitude and UGG brands are interchangeable, same boots different brands due to trademark issue in certain countries (We will only ship Ozitude brand for order outside Australia). This uggboots has no relations to UGGAustralia brand that belongs to Deckers Outdoor Corporation.
