Turmeric or turmeric contains Curcumin and other active substances, known to be useful for reducing joint pain (anti inflammation), arthritis, anti cancer, overcoming heartburn (dyspepsia), abdominal pain, diarrhea, excess gas in the stomach, bloating, ulcers, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), loss of appetite, menstrual problems / cramps, itching of the skin.

Serving Recommendation:
Practically, without the need for your hands to turn yellow, Herbilogy Turmeric (Turmeric) Extract Powder can dissolve in food / drink without pulp.
Mix and stir until dissolved 1 teaspoon (3 grams) Herbilogy Turmeric (Turmeric) Extract Powder into a glass of smoothies, made into salad dressing, etc.

Suggested use
Adults: One to three times a day (for daily consumption only recommended one teaspoon per day).
Join with drinking plenty of water min. 2.5L per day.
Children: 1 teaspoon per day. Join with drinking plenty of water.
